Introduction
The VLSI with SPICE Code Lab provides a hands-on platform for designing and simulating transistor-level circuits using SPICE. Students develop circuit analysis skills, explore device characteristics, and gain practical experience in modeling, simulating, and verifying integrated circuit designs for VLSI applications.
Key Learning Outcomes:
- Designing Circuits: Create and simulate transistor-level circuits using SPICE.
- Analyzing Performance: Evaluate circuit behavior, signal integrity, and power consumption.
- Verifying Circuit Performance: Evaluate design accuracy and optimize circuit parameters for VLSI applications..
