VLSI with SPICE Code Virtual Laboratory

Broad Areas of Virtual Labs
Electronics & Communications
IIIT HYDERABAD
Introduction

The VLSI with SPICE Code Lab provides a hands-on platform for designing and simulating transistor-level circuits using SPICE. Students develop circuit analysis skills, explore device characteristics, and gain practical experience in modeling, simulating, and verifying integrated circuit designs for VLSI applications.

Objective

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Designing Circuits: Create and simulate transistor-level circuits using SPICE.
  • Analyzing Performance: Evaluate circuit behavior, signal integrity, and power consumption.
  • Verifying Circuit Performance: Evaluate design accuracy and optimize circuit parameters for VLSI applications..

Target Audience

  • UG
    • ECE UG 3rd Year (6th semester)
  • PG

Course Alignment

VLSI Design is a professional core course in Electronics and Communication Engineering
